About Me

With a BA in Cultural & Social Development and MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, my interest has always been in people and their potential. With over fifteen years experience working in either TV production to media recruitment, my desire to help, curiosity in others, me wanting to listen, motivate and inspire has been part of my story line.

Over the past years I've spent my time building connections with others, motivating them and strengthening the talents they possess or help them find the confidence to move forward.

My inspiration came from speaking to hundreds of talented people who were either on their path, needed to find their path or who needed help with creating a clear vision. Some of them even recommended me to become a Coach!

Becoming a certified Co-Active Coach has been a natural extension of my interest and passion, and coupled with a qualification in Firework Career Coaching, has given me the tools, knowledge and inspiration to help others on their journey.

Having built a life in the Netherlands, Spain and now London, I feel I've lived a few different lives. They all came with big hopes, ambitions and dreams and my own variety of challenges that I had to face.  Sometimes 'life happens' and I was too thrown off my path various times by situations I thought I couldn't control. 

When down I came back up, and with every new adventure and door I decided to open, I have always been my positive, authentic self, which is the person that will show up in our sessions and who will support you along the way.

I  offer a free sample session to make sure that the chemistry is right.

Sessions are tailored to your needs and can normally be held either by phone, Skype or face to face.

I also coach nationally and internationally.
